You can order products in the following ways:

When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above, you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to these terms.

When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically, so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email, we will then check availability and contact you if the Product is not available. You will be notified by email.

If an order is cancelled due to the products not being available, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Payment

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.

All order details and invoices will be sent with your goods to the delivery address that you specify at the point of placing your Order.

Price

The price for each product is shown in UK sterling.

We always try to make sure that the prices are accurately shown on our website but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.

Delivery and Charges

The cost of packing and delivery is clearly displayed at the ‘checkout’ for your approval prior to confirming your order.

Most orders placed (Monday-Friday) are despatched within 24 hours from our warehouse, subject to your payment being processed and stock availability.

No orders are processed, despatched or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

All orders leave our premises on a 1st class recorded delivery service with Royal Mail - our chosen courier.

Free UK delivery on all orders placed on our website excluding international delivery. International delivery will incur a fixed delivery charge of £2.00 but this will be waived if you spend £50 or more, please note we are not responsible for any custom tax. Some of our products are fragile and our expert team of warehouse staff are trained in the best packing methods to protect your order.

Any Item not received must be reported to us by email 21 days after the order is placed. At this point we will contact the courier to investigate. To ensure we offer a safe and efficient service you will be required to sign for all deliveries, please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your order. If for any reason, a delivery is not possible between the above hours, your order will be taken to the local depot of Royal Mail and a card will be left for you to collect at the local depot.

Availability of Products

We try to keep our website as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular product will always be available. All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you.

Liability

The Liberty Nail and Beauty Supplies website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. When we are informed of any inaccuracies, we will try to correct them as soon as we can.

Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If you continue to use our website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

Liberty Nail and Beauty Supplies is not involved in the manufacture of Products and will not advise on their use or operation or the manufacturer’s guidelines. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

We may change or withdraw any part of libertynailsupplies.co.uk, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary. Since we are only aiming at the UK market, we cannot guarantee that it accords with local laws of any other countries. Use of our website and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item from us which is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact us by telephone or email to inform us within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. We ask that you send the items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (recorded) and include a proof of postage from the Post Office to so we can refund you for your return postage costs.
